Terms of Service
By requesting a commission, the client agrees to these Terms in full.
General
➤ The artwork is for personal use only and cannot be reproduced or altered for profit. If it is to be used for commercial purposes, the budget will be discussed with the artist.➤ The client cannot remove, edit, or alter my signature or any other part of the artwork (this includes repainting, making bases, etc.). The signature will not be intrusive to the artwork, so it is not necessary to remove it to enjoy the illustration.
Artist's Rights
➤ The Artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the illustrations created, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.➤ The Artist reserves the right to use the commissioned works for self-promotion, including portfolios, social media, and exhibitions.➤ The Artist may reject any commission request that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or not aligned with their artistic style.
Commission Process
➤ The Client must provide a detailed and accurate description of the requested artwork, including visual references if possible.➤ Once the request is accepted and the deposit is paid, the Artist will provide the client with an estimated delivery date for the artwork (approximately 1 to 2 weeks). This timeframe depends on the complexity of the work and the time of year, as the artist is currently in university and there will be periods when the delivery time may increase slightly.➤ During the process, the Artist will send one or more previews of the work in progress. Once the sketch is approved, no significant changes can be made.➤ The Client is allowed up to 2 minor revisions at no additional cost.➤ Any significant changes or additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.➤ The final artwork will be delivered in the agreed-upon digital format and resolution.
Payments and Refunds
➤ A 50% deposit of the total commission amount is required before starting the work.➤ The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the artwork, before the final digital file is delivered.➤ Payments can be made through: VGEN, Kofi, PayPal, bank transfer, and Bizum.➤ The deposit is non-refundable, except in cases where the Artist cancels the commission for personal reasons.➤ If the Client cancels the commission after the work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.
